HONEYCRISP	mid September to October	XXX	XXX	XXX	Exceptional new variety. Crisp, sweet and juicy.
HUME	Mid September to late September	XX	XX	XX	Green with purple blush. Very white flesh which browns quickly.  Very quick ripening.  Does not keep long.
IDA RED	Late September to October	XXX	XXX	XX	White, firm, crisp and juicy. Retains its shape when cooked.
JONAGOLD	Late September to late October	XX	XX	XXX	Juicy, superb, rich, full flavor.
JONAMAC	September	XXX	XXX	XXX	Flavor similar to McIntosh but more tart. When baking, slices tend to be melting and juicy.
LOBO	September	XXX	XXX	XXX	Crisp flesh. Tart flavour. Makes nice white froth when stewed for sauce.
McINTOSH	September to October	XXX	XXX	XXX	Flesh white, firm, tender. Especially juicy, slightly tart. Most aromatic of apples.
NORTHERN SPY	October	XXX	XXX	XXX	Heirloom apple..Fine grained, rather firm, very tender, crisp and juicy. Tart and aromatic. Holds its shape when cooked.
PAULA RED	Late August to mid-September	XXX	XXX	XXX	One of the better early season eating apples. Has the pleasant tartness of McIntosh.
PETCH	Mid-September to late September	XXX	XXX	XXX	Our very own creation! White flesh, firm, tender. Especially juicy, slightly tart. Very aromatic apple. Similar to McIntosh.
RED CORTLAND	September	XXX	XXX	XXX	Very crisp, white flesh. Flavor mild and slightly tart. Doesn’t brown quickly. Good for freezing.
RED DELICIOUS	Late September to early October	XXX	XX	XX	A favourite. Classic heart shape, deep ruby colour skin covers a sweeter flavored apple.
RUSSET	October	XXX	XXX	XXX	Heirloom apple. Good keeping qualities.
SPARTAN	Mid-September to mid-October	XXX	XXX	XXX	Distinctive sweet flavor. Snowy-white flesh, small core.
TOLMAN SWEET	Late September to early October	XX	XX	XX	Heirloom apple. Medium-sized, yellow skinned. Flesh is white, very sweet and firm. Good eating apple and excellent for sauce because of its sweetness.
VISTA BELLA	Late July to early August	X	XX	XXX	Early ripening.
WEALTHY	Early September to late September	X	XX	XX	Early ripening.
WOLF RIVER	September to mid-October	X	XXX	XXX	Heirloom apple. Very large. White, coarse flesh. Tender, subacid-tart and juicy. Outstanding culinary apple.
