STORING YOUR APPLES AT HOME
Always refrigerate your apples at home. Keep them in a plastic bag to allow them to retain their moisture. Apples ripen 10 times faster when kept at room temperature. It is also possible to freeze them. Cut them into quarters. Do not freeze whole.
